I recently started receiving spam that got thru the gmail spam engine coz they started including Poetry. Must i say its quite a refreshing breez in the spammer world. I have no problem receiving random Poetry from unsolicitated people.

Heres a poetry moment served by the good people of gcstfo@kanzlei-bkw.de :

Nice place to build a house, the captain opined, producing his calabashpipe and lighting it. Sea birds piped asthey passed overhead on their way to the mornings fishing. Emotion welled up in me, I thought I could perceivethe voice of Desire in that faraway lonely call. Because the water in the channel flows swiftly fromthe sea it is always cool. Well, we studied the mile of open reef to the Bird Caysand decided we could make it.

Then we built another fire, in a shallow pit, and piled lumps of coral onit. The sky was so thick with them that in places they cast asolid shadow. The potamus was aboutto take wing, I reflected. We had a grand time on the reef this morning and a grand bird snaring thisafternoon. There would be time before the tide came in, wemiscalculated, to walk to the cays and back. The sky was so thick with them that in places they cast asolid shadow. I sensedthat I was trespassing in a fairyland where only children are permitted toroam.

I shall sneak away from the children and sleep in the littlemonkey nest up the tree. It is midnight now, but I have no wish to sleep, with lonely, hauntedSuvarrow so close aboard. She pays much attention to her food, so asto make up for time lost during seasickness. We could have picked them up with our hands. No one would believe it, he told me later, if you said you caught fishwith prunes. I doubt it, said the captain sourly, then he poked his head out of thehatchway and called for Tagi. He finds that itis in better shape than we had thought.

The sky turned red and then dissolved to lighter shades. These made window sills, rafters, andridgepole. Hm, yes, the captain agreed, taking me seriously. Under the table is a little chest with papers, ribbons, letters, andodds and ends. I have made a writing table from the south end of the bunk across the houseto its west side. These we laid on thehot stones, when the fire had died down, and covered them with leaves andsand. We glanced to windward to see a black squallbearing down on us. It was raining again, but we didnt give a whoop. After winning two games the captains stony heart softened. One bigshark, hungrier than the others, brushed my leg with his tail. These made window sills, rafters, andridgepole. These made window sills, rafters, andridgepole.

To be marooned onBrushwood, where there was no water, during a tide would be uncomfortableindeed. Each was as big as an Englishoak, had the same dark, glossy leaves and gnarled limbs.
