Tapuz.co.il, After surprising everybody with their announcement of paying bloggers ashare part of the advertisement has yet again surprised us all with the quite launch of flix.co.il - An online video sharing website.

to tell ya the truth its pretty nice. Al tho i don’t understand why every Israeli website cant find a decent designer that knows his way around social websites this day and age. But except the poor design and the Bolded tags its a good job. Well… if they bothered writing “Background-color:white;” it could be better but again.

Its the content that matters. Ho yeah about that… That differ Flix from youtube is that youtube is actually user content generated for youtube, Like the Pixies song performed by that chick that works for Heep.co.il.

Most of the content on flix are just funny advertisements taken from the web. If i needed that i could have clicked Metacaffee the leading supplier of funny videos.
I am a really strong believer that Israeli crowd isn’t suitable for this kind of websites. All we care is Porn, Politics and porn. At least for now.
So why bother investing the time in such a website. Its a good name i tell ya that. But its not doing a fantastic job. I will still use and watch youtube because its more interesting then Idiotic videos and advertisements taken from channel 22.

Anyway, Nice website. Poor design but a really good start. Just change it to .com and your good to go. Ho… And next time. Try to invest in more bandwidth. I didn’t manage to see one video without it buffering up on me.
