Well , So i went and bought a new phone for maself thru Orange Cellular . Lets just say the phone rocks , lets start with the good stuff . The phone itself is a nice Slick black or silver finish that slides open to reveal the keys . The slide itself is a bit cracky for me and i keep thinkin when will it break . Altough the phone went a major hit to the floor already it still havent cracked majorly and the slide works perfectly but the whole body makes noises and if theres something i hate is a None “Tight” phone that makes squeeshing sounds when you hold it . Thats just plain annoying for the overprice they charge for this phone .

As far as the OS , Its not series 60 , altough i’v been a devoted user of the 6680 phone that runs on Symbian this phone uses the fairly old Nokia OS series 40 , altough its the Step2 its still a bit hard to get used to it , they have done everything they can to make series 60 users feel right at home but im still missing key components in the phone as far as applications and comptability with files and programs . I dont have my PDF reader , The Opera simply sucks . The MP3 player is idiotic in functionality and i seem to press SAVE twice on every friggin menu for some reason . But the worse is that im missing Agile Messenger that i used to operate on daily basis . This is a java phone basicly so you need to find your apps at http://www.getjar.com basicly or a few other websites that let ya install jad/jar files .

If it wasnt so pricey it could be an excellent phone , It has a great 2megapixel camera with a nice flash horizontal shot but still having major trouble with nighttime or poor light conditions like all the phone cameras but in day light it produces excellent pictures and good colors . See the flickr bar on the side for examples .

In short , I love the phone , I do alot of Mobblogging with it and im pretty pleased that it covers my network needs pretty nicely when it comes to mobility , Altough my notebook doesnt have a bluetooth device i use the cable to surf the web pretty fast using the 3G network .

I never knew a stylish phone cost this much … Then again im a fashion victim (Blog and a 3G phone…) … Who cares .
